NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. You must be a legal FEMALE resident of one of the 50 United States or District of Columbia and between the ages of 13 and 19 at the date of entry. Sweepstakes begins on 12/15/06 at 12:01am EST and ends at 5/31/07 at 11:59pm EST when all entries must be received. Void where prohibited. Total approximate retail value of prize is $3,500. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Sponsors are Vision Marketing, LLC, DBA Shopgown.com.

Sweepstakes begins on December 15, 2006 at 12:01 a.m. EST and ends on May 31, 2007 at 11:59 p.m. EST when all entries must be received.

1. To enter, go to www.shopgown.com, complete online entry form, and submit it as instructed. One entry per person/e-mail address. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, garbled, or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at Sponsors' servers or elsewhere, will not be eligible. Sponsors, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the web site. Use of bots or other automated process to enter is prohibited and may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of Sponsors. Sponsors further reserve the right to cancel, terminate or modify any promotion not capable of completion as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, force majeure or technical failures of any sort. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access Provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institute) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

2. Prizes: One (1) potential grand prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about June 7, 2007 and will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone. If any potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within five (5) days, or the prize or prize notificiation is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits all rights to any prize, and an alternate winner may be selected. All decisions of the judges are final and binding in all respects. Grand Prize: coach, round-trip airfare for two from the major commercial airport in the U.S. nearest the winner's home, one (1) standard hotel room for two (2) nights (double occupancy) in a hotel in Atlanta, Georgia selected by the Sponsors, two (2) tickets to a fashion show selected by Sponsors, limo service to the hotel. Ground transportation, meals, in-room charges (e.g. mini-bar, movies), telephone calls, gratuities, incidentals, and all other expenses are not included. The approximate retail value of the grand prize is $3,500 depending on exact itinerary. Winner and guest must be available to travel on the same itinerary, as selected by Sponsors. Trip may be subject to certain restrictions and blackout dates.

Grand Prize winner to be accompanied by leagal parent or guardian as the other party to the 'Trip for Two'. Proof of being parent or legal guardian must be supplied within 30 days after notification of winning grand prize.

3. Federal, state or local taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with the prizes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

4. Eligibility: Open to all FEMALE legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are between the ages of 13 and 19 at the date of entry. Eligible minors must obtain their parents' or legal guardians' consent prior to participation. Employees (and their immediate family members and persons living in the same household) of the Sponsors, are expressly prohibited from participating and are not eligible to win.

5. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any violation of these rules may result in disqualification. Sponsors are not responsible for errors in the administration or fulfillment of this sweepstakes, including without limitation mechanical, human, printing, distribution or production errors, and may modify or cancel this promotion based upon such error at its sole discretion without liability. To the extent permitted by law, none of the Sponsors will be liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of the sweepstakes or any prizes won.

6. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Prizes are not transferable. No substitutions for prizes except by Sponsors, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted.

7. All entries become the property of Sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned. By providing your E-mail address, you grant Sponsors the right to send you commercial messages and share your address with others, unless specified otherwise as indicated on the entry form.

8. Except where prohibited: (i) acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use winners' names and likenesses for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes, without further compensation; (ii) potential winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility (including social security number) and a liability/publicity release; and (iii) potential grand prize winner and guest may be required to execute releases of Sponsors from any and all liability with respect to participation in the sweepstakes and/or use of the prize. Affidavits and releases must be returned within ten (10) days of attempted notification or an alternate winner may be chosen. If a minor wins a prize, it will be awarded to his or her parent or legal guardian who must execute the necessary affidavit and release.

9.
